C Family: Mini Session

This savvy momma went shopping online for a photographer and found lil ol’ me! We headed over to a park near their home to snap a few shots of their beautiful family for their Christmas cards. I loved the grey and purple combination they wore, it was perfect against the green leaves in the background. They recently moved here from Texas, and the chilly Minnesota weather was just starting to set in, but they were brave and did a great job despite the cool weather! Thanks C family for a wonderful session!

K Family: On the Farm

The K family farm is a very short drive from the home my husband grew up in, so every time I visit it’s a bit nostalgic for me. 🙂 The crisp October day was quite chilly but they were all troopers! We did take one quick break to pop inside, snap a few pics in there and thaw ourselves, and then back outside we went. 🙂 These guys are all so laid back and thoughtful, I just love spending time with them! And any opportunity I get to capture images of multi-generational families is a blessing. Thanks for yet another great shoot K family!

S Family

I was so excited to get to capture this very sweet family again, this time with mom and dad in the pictures too! We went to a beautiful park near their home and they did great despite the drizzly, cool weather. The sumacs were really starting to show their beautiful red fall colors for this shoot, which coupled well with their fun outfits. I love it when I get to spend time with this family, they are a great combination of down to earth and kind, with just a dash of silliness thrown in that always ensures there’ll be some laughter. Thank you S family for a great shoot!

W Family

Once again, this wonderful family came down to visit us and do a shoot with me. And once again I felt pretty special! 😀 Any time we get to spend with them is such a treat. We need to make our way up to North Dakota soon for a visit. They had their newest little one in tow, and I was so thrilled to meet him! For 6 months old, he did an AMAZING job during family pictures! Lexie did a great job with putting their outfits together, she even made her little man’s tie and shoes! I loved the cheery pops of lime green! She is so creative. Thanks so very much for having me take your pictures, it was wonderful spending time with you and your kiddos and I hope we get to see you again soon!

C & F Families

What a fun bunch! We laughed so hard throughout this shoot at Murphy-Hanrehan Reserve. It was so fun seeing all the little cousins together and watching grandma and grandpa love on all the little ones. A group this large could have been complicated to dress, but look at all those coordinating outfits! I loved the coral and navy together, this bunch cleaned up rather nicely. 😉 Thanks so much for a great shoot!
